- 0-99 HOUR TIMER PLUS CONTINUOUS MODE - GRANURA HOME runs up to 99 hours, or non-stop in continuous mode, for long cold ferments, overnight sourdough and keeping your starter alive for days. A side-wall thermostat with a 10 cm probe reads the air rather than the heating panel, so the reading is the temperature your dough actually sits in.
- WATCH IT RISE, NO GUESSWORK - A large 1.5 mm acrylic window in the top cover lets you check your dough without opening the box and losing heat. The included 5 cm humidity gauge shows moisture at a glance, so you can dial in crust and crumb instead of guessing.
- 16 X 12 X 12 INCHES, FOLDS FLAT IN SECONDS - It fits a large mixing bowl, two bannetons or several mason jars. Five insulated layers over a 3 mm heat-resistant frame rated to 5 kg hold their shape and hold the heat in, and the inner lining is rated over 1000 mm waterproof, so spills wipe straight off. Two sewn fabric side handles, side zips and a hook-and-loop front flap.
