About this item
- No Pre-Drilled Holes & Surface Mount Installation: Surface-mounted design eliminates the need for 35mm cup holes, saving time and tools. Reinforced screw holes ensure secure attachment to both face frame and frameless cabinets, ideal for heavy doors. Note: Due to its strong spring tension, we recommend wearing gloves when adjusting the hinge to protect your hands during installation
- Minimal Door Gap & 90°Open Angle: Engineered for a tighter door gap compared to traditional hinges, enhancing cabinet aesthetics. The 90° open angle prevents collisions with adjacent cabinets while maintaining accessibility
- Vehicle-Mounted Stability & Self-Locking Mechanism: Robust self-closing system with enhanced grip secures doors even in motion, perfect for RV cabinets, camper van, travel trailer, truck, car storage, boat marine, and overhead units. Multiple screw positions ensure durability under heavy loads
- Silent Soft-Close & Damping System: The built-in hydraulic damper ensures a quiet, gentle door closure while protecting fingers from accidental slamming. This system enhances durability and extends the lifespan of the hinge, making it ideal for doors of varying weights. The smooth, noise-free operation provides added comfort and reliability in daily use
- Solid Construction & Long-Term Use: Constructed from cold-rolled steel with nickel-plated surface and brass-plated base, these hinges resist rust, wear, and corrosion
