About this item
- ๐ฅ EVERYTHING FOR BAKERY-QUALITY SOURDOUGH AT HOME โ Complete 12-piece proofing kit includes: 9" round basket + liner + cover, 10" oval basket + liner + cover, double-coil dough whisk, flexible bowl scraper, stainless steel dough scraper with ruler markings, bread lame, pastry brush, and multi-purpose cleaning brush. All you need for mixing, proofing, shaping, scoring, and baking.
- ๐ฅ NO MORE DOUGH STICKING โ Baskets made from food-grade resin wicker with smooth, splinter-free finishโsafe for direct dough contact. Natural airflow shapes your loaf. Double-coil whisk mixes faster and more evenly; stainless steel lame blade ensures clean scoring.
- ๐ฅ FOR BEGINNERS AND PROS ALIKE โ 9" round basket (9" wide, 3.5" deep) creates classic boules. 10" oval basket (10" long, 6" wide, 3.5" deep) is ideal for longer loavesโbatards, bรขtards, or other oval-shaped breads. Works with any doughโsourdough, French, gluten-free. Complete tool set supports every skill level.
- ๐ฅ HOW TO USE โ SIMPLE STEPS, PROFESSIONAL TOUCH โ Mix dough with whisk, scrape and divide with flexible scraper, measure and cut with ruler-marked scraper. Dust basket with flour, place dough seam-side up. For spiral patterns, skip the liner; for a smooth finish, use the liner. Cover with the included cover and proof. After rising, score with lame, brush with egg wash or oil using pastry brush, then transfer and bake.
- ๐ฅ EASY TO CLEAN & STORE AS A SET โ Baskets rinse or wipe cleanโno soaking. Nest neatly in any cabinet. Linen liners are machine washable. All tools rinse clean and can be stored together inside the basketsโeverything stays organized in one place. A thoughtful choiceโgreat for birthdays, holidays, or any baker.
