- Tips- If the lid is not working properly or pop out frequently, please try to replace one. (Each canister came with two seal rings) If it still doesn't work, you can puncture two closed air holes on the rubber ring. Then rotate the lid while pressing down to ensure a tight seal.

Return policy
30-day returns.
If it's not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and everykeep will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
